Emman is a Talent Aqcquisition Specialist for Business Support hiring at Harte Hanks Philippines in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig who loves taking pictures of every region he had been to. He received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration major in Human Resource Development Management in 2014. He had his on the job training in a manpower agency in Ortigas and got absorbed as a Recruitment Assistant. Since then, his career got engaged in the field of Recruitment and Selection. He is an experienced end to end recruiter, both for agent and corporate hiring, with more than 1 year of recruitment experience especially in the BPO industry. Have worked for Teleperformance Philippines for 1 year as a Recruitment Associate focused on comprehensive field of agent hiring. In this role, he focused on ensuring that hiring targets are met every week and expectations of the upper management are being exceeded. Handled 3 Multilingual, 2 US-Based Telco and 1 Sales Accounts. He also handled floaters and made sure that they get a new home (account) when in need of transfer. Worked directly with Training, Human Resources, and Operations to ensure all processes are fully aligned. Furthermore, Emman pioneered the Source Audit to reduce, or as much as possible, eliminate source discrepancies in source tagging which are being verified by the Sourcing Team.

A frustrated bookworm, photographer and travel enthusiast, learning new things every single day. My colleagues know me as an energetic and dependable person who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. Awarded as the most energetic, most dependable, and most improved employee during my stint in Teleperformance Philippines; and even Rookie of the Year!


He is planning to take a Master's Degree in Industrial Relations by 2016.
